The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) has officially launched its “MTRCB Mobile Application”, just days before the agency’s 40th founding anniversary.
Described as a one-stop, user-friendly platform, the mobile app provides Filipinos with updated information on films and television programs reviewed by the board, as well as the schedules of major TV networks across the country.
“The MTRCB Mobile App serves as a one-stop platform featuring a user-friendly interface that delivers real-time information on MTRCB’s rated and classified films, television programs and other related materials. Users can also access the list of MTRCB-registered theaters, free TV networks and the Free TV Program Guide,” the MTRCB said in a statement.
The board added: “The launch of the mobile app reflects MTRCB’s ongoing efforts to adapt to the digital age by strengthening responsible viewing campaigns and enhancing public service delivery through technology.”
The MTRCB Mobile App is now available for free download on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
