The Office of the Vice President (OVP) extended its message of sympathy and prayers to residents affected by the earthquake that struck Bogo City, Cebu on Tuesday night, September 30.

In a Facebook post on Wednesday, October 1, the OVP expressed its deep condolences to those in the Visayas who were impacted by the calamity.

The OVP also announced that it will provide relief assistance to affected communities through its satellite offices in the Visayas.

It can be recalled that President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. also extended his condolences and prayers to the victims of the earthquake.
