The 38th Awit Awards marks a new era in Philippine music, bridging artists between audiences while honoring the passionate fans who keep Original Pilipino Music (OPM) alive. Organized by the Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI), the Awit Awards remains to be the country’s longest-running and most credible music award-giving body that recognizes Filipino musical excellence.

In partnership with Vibe—the Philippines’ ultimate OPM countdown under MQuest Ventures—this year’s Awit Awards breaks boundaries by bringing OPM fans closer than ever to the music and artists they love. More than just an awards show, the celebration transforms into a nationwide movement—an immersive, multi-stage experience designed to give everyone real access to the heart of the Filipino music scene.
POWER TO THE FANS
The 38th Awit Awards powered by Vibe celebrates Filipino artistry and pride while redefining how fans experience music. This landmark event honors rightful achievements, amplifies authentic voices, and gives power back to the fans who keep the rhythm of OPM alive.
Fans are at the heart of the Awit Awards through the People’s Voice Awards, where they can vote for some of the most anticipated categories: Favorite Song of the Year, Favorite Group Artist, and Favorite New Group Artist. This initiative ensures audiences play an active role in recognizing deserving Filipino artists.
OPM ON THE MOVE
Together with Vibe, the Awit Awards expands its reach with initiatives that bring the celebration closer to the youth. Vibe’s dynamic platform connects fans and artists through exclusive behind-the-scenes content and interactive online and on-ground experiences.
Vibe has launched a Campus Tour to reach out to young music lovers across major universities in Metro Manila, including Lyceum University of the Philippines, Emilio Aguinaldo University, and National University Fairview. The Vibe Campus Tour is hosted by the talented Vibe jocks Dylan Menor, Ana Ramsey, Maxie Andreison, Kych Minemoto, and Queenay Mercado; as well as the young and energetic Gen Vs Niko Badayos, Baileys Acot, Selina Griffin, Carmela Lorzano, Adam Buck, and Gab Pascual.

The campus tour also featured live performances from Awit Awards nominees Sugarcane and Letters from June, alongside rising OPM artists LEYO and Eliza Maturan. This allowed artists to connect with young fans and share their music, while giving students a chance to showcase their own OPM talent and passion.

The 38th Awit Awards powered by Vibe offers fans #LEGIT access to OPM artists—their music, stories, and legacy. Through this partnership, the Awit Awards and Vibe bridge the gap between artists and audiences, creating an immersive experience where fans become active participants in celebrating OPM.
Catch the 38th Awit Awards powered by Vibe nationwide on Vibe via TV5, or stream it live on the official social media pages of Vibe PH, TV5, MQuest Ventures, and Awit Awards.
