President Bongbong Marcos on Monday launched an AI-powered transparency portal covering all Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) infrastructure projects, marking the administration’s first concrete response to the multibillion-peso flood control corruption scandal.

“One thing became very clear: Nawalan tayo ng transparency,” Marcos said during a Palace briefing, adding that the portal flips secrecy on its head. “‘Kahit sino’ can now look up any project. Hindi kailangang opisyal.”
The platform provides full project details, including implementing offices, contractors, budgets, procurement steps, bidding dates, geotagged photos, and all project documents. Satellite images and livestreams of ongoing biddings are also accessible.
“Full disclosure… Karapatan ninyong malaman kung paano ginagastos ang pera ng bayan,” the President said.
Users can flag projects as completed, defective, duplicate, unfinished, or non-existent. A built-in AI assistant answers queries in Filipino or English.
“Dinisenyo ito para kahit hindi techie, madaling gamitin,” Marcos added, urging citizens to monitor government spending in real time. “Huwag kayong magdalawang-isip. Isumbong ninyo.”
