VP SARA URGES FILIPINOS TO DRAW INSPIRATION FROM BONIFACIO’S HEROISM

Vice President Sara Duterte on Sunday called on Filipinos to reflect on the sacrifice and bravery of Andres Bonifacio, urging the public to draw inspiration from the revolutionary hero in the ongoing pursuit of justice and equality.

In her Bonifacio Day message on November 30, Duterte honored the Father of the Katipunan and the enduring legacy he left behind.

She encouraged Filipinos to revive the spirit of patriotism and unity, stressing that Bonifacio’s life continues to serve as a guide toward building a better nation.

President Bongbong Marcos earlier released his own statement marking Bonifacio’s 162nd birth anniversary, urging the public to uphold love of country and emulate Bonifacio’s courage in defending national dignity.
