The Quezon City Treasurer’s Office (CTO) announced on Friday, December 19, that it will remain open from December 26 to 30 to accept payments for real property or real estate taxes, providing taxpayers additional time ahead of the year-end holidays.
The office will be closed on December 24, 25, and 31, and regular operations will resume on January 5, 2026.
City officials urged property owners to settle their tax obligations within the extended period to avoid penalties and help ensure uninterrupted delivery of city services. The move aims to give residents more flexibility during the holiday season.
Taxpayers may visit the City Treasurer’s Office at the Annex Building, Quezon City Hall compound, or send inquiries via email at CTO@quezoncity.gov.ph or businesstaxpayment.cto@quezoncity.gov.
The CTO thanked the public for their cooperation as it implements the adjusted schedule for year-end transactions.
