ABS-CBN is set to fully occupy all time slots of ALLTV Channel 2, the free-to-air channel of Advanced Media Broadcasting System (AMBS) owned by business tycoon and former lawmaker Manny Villar.
This development follows ABS-CBN’s release of the official lineup for “Kapamilya Channel sa ALLTV2,” which will begin airing tomorrow, January 2.
Programming will kick off at 5:30 AM with “Kapamilya Daily Mass,” followed by a mix of informative, inspirational, and entertainment shows including “School Anywhere,” reruns of “100 Days To Heaven,” “The Flying House,” “Superbook Reimagined,” “Magandang Buhay,” and “Kapamilya Blockbusters,” all under the UmaGanda block.
Midday programming will feature “It’s Showtime” under the PrimeTanghali block. This will be followed by reruns of “Lavender Fields,” “Senior High,” “Kapamilya Gold Hits,” “TV Patrol Express,” and “Kapamilya Deal or No Deal,” airing as part of the Kapamilya Gold block.
For primetime, the Primetime Bida lineup includes “TV Patrol,” “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo,” “ROJA,” “What Lies Beneath,” “Go Ahead!,” “The World Tonight,” and a featured film under “Movie Central Presents.”
ABS-CBN is also expected to take over ALLTV2’s weekend slots, completing its full-day presence on the channel.
This major programming shift comes after ABS-CBN Corporation entered into a licensing agreement with AMBS, allowing the Kapamilya Channel to air on free-to-air Channel 2.
The move effectively brings the complete Kapamilya lineup back to its former frequency, marking another significant chapter in the network’s return to free television.
