ALLTV has officially surpassed TV5 in primetime ratings, based on the latest data from the National Urban Television Audience Measurement (NUTAM) of Nielsen Philippines.
According to figures released on Tuesday, January 20, ALLTV registered a 2.7% rating in the 8:00 PM slot, where the Kapamilya top-rating action series FPJ’s Batang Quiapo is currently airing. This outperformed TV5’s action series Totoy Bato, which only garnered 0.9%.
ALLTV also outscored TV5 in the 8:45 PM and 9:30 PM primetime slots.
Overall, FPJ’s Batang Quiapo achieved a strong 9.6% rating, with 5% coming from A2Z. This performance edged out GMA’s fantasy series Sang’gre at 9.5% and TV5’s Totoy Bato at 1.2%, including its simulcast on One PH.
The ratings boost follows ALLTV’s licensing agreement with ABS-CBN Corporation, allowing the Kapamilya Channel to air on free TV Channel 2. The cable channel carries ABS-CBN’s flagship programs such as FPJ’s Batang Quiapo, ASAP, MMK, TV Patrol, and It’s Showtime.
Meanwhile, TV5 ended its content supply agreement with ABS-CBN on January 2, 2026, after the Kapamilya Network reportedly failed to meet its financial obligations to the Kapatid Network, though the issue was later resolved.
ALLTV’s rise in ratings marks a significant shift in the primetime competition, with Kapamilya content driving its momentum against rival networks.
