Actress Rhian Ramos has confirmed that she and entrepreneur, former Tutok To Win Party-list representative Sam Verzosa, have ended their relationship, revealing that the split happened months ago.
In an interview on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Ramos addressed recent issues linked to her name, including allegations made by her former driver last January, and clarified that her romantic relationship with Verzosa had quietly ended.
“Yes, we’ve broken up already. We are not in a romantic relationship anymore,” Ramos said. “I think it’s only now that I feel comfortable with saying that because he’s confirmed it also in an interview and I read about it na.”
She disclosed that the breakup occurred in October 2025, noting the private nature of relationships.
“Of course, it’s a relationship between two people so it is quite private,” she added.
Despite the separation, Ramos said both she and Verzosa are now focusing on personal growth.
“I would say that we are both focusing on ourselves, trying to be better versions of ourselves.”
She explained that while they are not in regular contact, they communicate when necessary.
“Time, you need that so you are not confused and you have time heal and move on. But we are able to talk to each other or text each other if there’s something that we need to talk about.”
Ramos also shared that distance has helped her gain perspective.
“Sometimes you need to move far away from it so that you can see the big picture and kind of heal you.”
