Arron Villaflor, Tarlac 2nd District board member and actor, has expressed anger over the circulation of an alleged private video linked to him, describing the incident as a criminal matter and urging authorities to investigate.
In a statement posted on Instagram on Tuesday, March 10, Villaflor said the “coordinated release” of alleged private footage constituted a serious violation of privacy. He stopped short of directly confirming or denying his involvement in the viral scandal.

“I am formally addressing the unauthorized recording and illegal distribution of private video materials that have been circulating online in recent days,” he said.
Villaflor clarified that his earlier remarks in a February 27 interview referred only to clips from past film projects with VMX, a streaming platform owned by VIVA Entertainment known for mature-themed content.
“My previous statement dated February 27 referred only to old film clips taken from past projects. However, the recent coordinated release of alleged private footage is a serious criminal matter,” he added.

The actor-politician stressed that the unauthorized recording and distribution of private material violates Republic Act No. 9995, which penalizes the sharing of intimate content without consent.
“As both a citizen and a public servant, I strongly condemn the weaponization of private content and all forms of digital violence. No person deserves to have their dignity violated in this way,” Villaflor said.
Case Referred to Authorities
Villaflor confirmed that the matter has been formally referred to authorities for investigation and said he would refrain from further comment while the legal process is ongoing.
“The matter has now been formally referred to the authorities for proper investigation. Out of respect for the legal process, I will refrain from making further comments while the investigation is ongoing,” he noted.
Villaflor is the latest public figure to react to the alleged video scandal, which has also been linked to Nikko Natividad, Gil Cuerva, and Ron Angeles.
Natividad admitted involvement, while Cuerva claimed his video was recorded and circulated without consent.
The controversy highlights growing concerns over digital privacy violations and the weaponization of intimate content against public figures.
