MARCOS DECLARES SPECIAL NON-WORKING DAYS FOR LAS PIÑAS, SIPALAY, HIMAMAYLAN

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has declared special non-working days in Las Piñas, Sipalay, and Himamaylan to mark their respective anniversaries.

In Proclamation No. 1186, March 27 was declared a special non-working day in Las Piñas City for its 119th founding anniversary and 29th cityhood anniversary.

Proclamation No. 1187 declared March 31 a special non-working day in Sipalay City, Negros Occidental, in celebration of its 25th charter anniversary.

Meanwhile, Proclamation No. 1188 also set March 31 as a special non-working day in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental, for its charter anniversary.

All proclamations were signed by Executive Secretary Ralph Recto on March 9, 2026, by authority of the President.
