After several years, GMA Network has officially reinstated the iconic slogan of its news department.
On Holy Monday, March 30, during its flagship primetime newscast 24 Oras, the Kapuso Network reintroduced the well-known slogan: “walang kinikilingan, walang pinoprotektahan, serbisyong totoo lamang.” Alongside this, the network also returned to the simpler name for its news division: GMA News.
The slogan was previously removed in 2023 under the leadership of then-news head Oliver Amoroso, when the division was rebranded as GMA Integrated News. Amoroso has since parted ways with the network.
Currently, GMA News oversees major programs such as 24 Oras, 24 Oras Weekend, Unang Hirit, and Saksi, as well as the AM radio station DZBB Super Radyo.
