ABS-CBN has officially announced its Holy Week programming lineup, offering a mix of entertainment and spiritual content from Maundy Thursday to Black Saturday.
On Maundy Thursday, viewers can expect a blend of foreign and local films including Love at First Stream, Wildcat, and The Life of Chuck. The day’s schedule also features Best of It’s Showtime and religious-themed programs such as Pope Leo XIV: Ang Pastol and The Celebration of the Lord’s Supper.
Programming takes on a more solemn tone on Good Friday, highlighted by the three-hour 7 Last Words and Veneration of the Cross. These will be followed by selected films including An Inconvenient Love, RPG Metanoia, Conclave, and Worldbreaker.
On Black Saturday, ABS-CBN returns to a movie marathon format with titles such as Bride Hard, Love or Money, The Last Word, and The Covenant. Also airing are Best of It’s Showtime, a Holy Week special edition of TV Patrol Weekend, and the Easter Vigil Mass.
Regular programming resumes on Easter Sunday.
The special lineup will be available on Kapamilya Channel via cable, Kapamilya Online Live on YouTube and Facebook, and ABS-CBN sa ALLTV2. Most programs are also expected to air on A2Z, though its official schedule has yet to be released.
