TRUMP URGES COUNTRIES TO BUY U.S. FUEL OR “GO GET YOUR OIL” AMID MIDDLE EAST CONFLICT

U.S. President Donald Trump suggested that countries struggling to secure fuel due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East should either buy from the United States or attempt to seize oil supplies themselves.

In a social media post on March 31, Trump addressed nations unable to obtain jet fuel because of disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz. He specifically mentioned the United Kingdom while criticizing allies that did not support the United States in the conflict involving Iran.

“All of those countries that can’t get jet fuel because of the Strait of Hormuz, like the United Kingdom, which refused to get involved in the decapitation of Iran, I have a suggestion for you.”

He then offered two options:

“Number 1, buy from the U.S., we have plenty. And number 2, build up some delayed courage, go to the Strait, and just take it.”

Trump further emphasized that Washington would no longer step in to assist allies, urging them to defend their own interests.

“You’ll have to start learning how to fight for yourself. The U.S.A won’t be there to help you anymore, just like you weren’t there for us,” he said.

The President claimed Iran had already been “essentially decimated” and insisted that the hardest part of the campaign was over.

“Go get your oil!” he declared.

Trump’s remarks highlight his administration’s hardline stance on the conflict, signaling a shift in U.S. expectations for its allies amid mounting global energy concerns.
