Filipino fans of Taiwanese pop icons F4 and rock band Mayday are in for a nostalgic reunion as Jerry Yan, Vanness Wu, and Vic Chou — joined by Mayday’s Ashin — bring the F★FOREVER 1st World Tour to Manila.
The announcement was made through an Instagram reel by Taiwanese music company B’in Music on April 6, confirming Manila as one of the tour stops. While the exact date and venue are yet to be revealed, fans quickly flooded the comments with excitement over the chance to see the beloved artists live again.
The reel offered behind-the-scenes glimpses from the Wuhan, China leg of the tour, showing Ashin personally overseeing music and production to ensure a memorable concert experience. It also featured Jerry, Vic, and Vanness enjoying downtime and sharing playful moments before their performance.
“Alright so now, it’s 2:11 a.m. Tomorrow is the final show in Wuhan. After that we’ll be moving on to more cities, and also bigger stadiums,” Ashin said.
Aside from Manila, the group will perform in Chongqing, China (April 10–12) and Jakarta, Indonesia (May 29–30), with additional shows planned for Bangkok, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur.
Notably absent from the lineup is original F4 member Ken Chu, who has not joined recent shows or promotions.
F4 was formed in 2001 following their breakout roles in the hit drama Meteor Garden alongside Barbie Hsu. The group released three studio albums: Meteor Rain (2001), Fantasy 4ever (2002), and Waiting for You (2007).
