ABS-CBN Corporation has officially signed an agreement with the Philippine Association of Communication Educators (PACE) and Assumption College San Lorenzo to stage the 2026 Pinoy Media Congress, a premier national media education event aimed at strengthening the skills and knowledge of communication and journalism students nationwide.

The agreement was led by ABS-CBN President and CEO Carlo Katigbak, ABS-CBN COO for Broadcast Cory Vidanes, and Corporate Communications Head Kane Errol Choa. Assumption College San Lorenzo will serve as the host university for next year’s congress.
Organized annually by ABS-CBN in partnership with PACE, the Pinoy Media Congress serves as a platform for leading media professionals to share insights with students and educators. The event highlights emerging media trends, industry challenges, and career preparation, reinforcing the importance of developing the next generation of communicators.
Katigbak underscored the network’s continued commitment to education and collaboration within the industry, noting that the congress is designed to “empower young people with the tools and perspectives they need to thrive in the ever-changing media landscape.”
