The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has launched a voter registration site at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 under its Special Register Anywhere/Anytime Program (SRAP), ahead of the 2026 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections.
The two-day initiative runs from Friday, April 10, to Saturday, April 11, with registration open daily from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Eligible applicants can proceed to the arrival area at Bay 8 to complete their registration.
COMELEC reminded prospective voters to bring a valid government-issued ID, emphasizing that certain documents will not be accepted. These include cedula, barangay ID or certificate, company ID, and police clearance.
The airport-based registration aims to make the process more accessible, particularly for travelers and individuals with limited time, as part of the poll body’s broader push to boost voter participation ahead of the 2026 elections.
