Kapatid personalities and programs continue to dominate the local awards circuit, securing multiple wins at the 7th Village People Choice Awards 2026, the Gandingan Awards, and the 10th Nation Builders Awards.
The network’s entertainment and news divisions were both recognized for their excellence in storytelling and public service.
In the entertainment category, the teen romantic-comedy series “Ang Mutya ng Section E” was hailed as the TV Series of the Year. The show’s lead stars, Andres Muhlach and Ashtine Olviga, emerged as the big winners of the night, jointly winning Love Team of the Year. Individually, Muhlach and Olviga were named TV Actor and TV Actress of the Year, respectively.
