ABS-CBN and TV5 are broadening the reach of their collaboration by cross-airing two programs from the Kapatid Network and an upcoming show from the Kapamilya Network across their respective platforms.
Beginning July 27, the TV5 inspirational drama series My Bespren Emman, top-billed by Kapamilya actors JM de Guzman and Shaina Magdayao alongside Kapatid child actress Ryrie Sophia, will move to the afternoon slot. It will air daily at 2:30 PM right after Eat… Bulaga! on TV5, and immediately following It’s Showtime on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z, and ALLTV.
Meanwhile, the romantic-drama series A Secret in Prague, starring Enrique Gil and Andrea Brillantes, will shift to the 9:30 PM slot. This change allows the show to debut on ABS-CBN’s native platforms while the free TV release of the Kapamilya series Love is Never Gone is being finalized.
Furthermore, the new season of the ABS-CBN game show Minute To Win It, hosted by Luis Manzano, is set to broadcast on TV5 this coming August. The game show will occupy the timeslot of the TV5 news program Una Sa Lahat, hosted by Jiggy Manicad.
This programming expansion builds on the renewed partnership between the two networks, which kicked off last week with the airing of Coco Martin’s Sigabo on TV5.
This was followed by the recent joint simulcasts of ABS-CBN’s movie block Blockbusters sa Umaga and TV5’s morning talk show Face To Face with Ate Koring.
