Pay-TV provider Cignal TV has officially confirmed that HBO channels will no longer be available on its platform effective September 1, 2026, following the expiration of its content carriage agreement with the network.
To broaden its viewing options, Cignal announced that Studio Universal will join its channel lineup starting August 15, 2026, offering subscribers a fresh selection of blockbuster films and classic entertainment. This will be followed by the integration of sports networks beIN SPORTS 1, 2, and 3 on September 1, 2026, significantly expanding the provider’s live sports coverage.
Subscribers will also continue to have access to popular movie and entertainment channels, including TAP Movies, HITS Movies, AXN, and ROCK Entertainment.
Cignal assured its audience that it will continue introducing additional channels and content throughout the year as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen content partnerships and enhance the overall viewing experience.
