Fan event organization The Arcana Project (TAP) has announced Velvet Night Fever, a multi-zone Persona 30th anniversary eve countdown celebration set for September 19, 2026, at Hobbies of Asia along Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard, Pasay City, with free admission for the public.
The event will span two main venue zones throughout the day and late night:
- Hideout Lounge & Velvet Room Gallery (Cuepop Hub): Opening at 3:00 PM for fans of all ages, this area features interactive activities, gallery exhibits, tarot readings, and the “Thieves’ Den PH” artist and merchant market.
- King’s Eversong Stage Act & Afterparty (Cosplay Matrix Club): Beginning at 10:30 PM (restricted to ages 18 and above), this nighttime segment features a late-night rave leading up to the “Dark Hour” midnight countdown to celebrate the franchise’s 30th milestone.
Hosted by Cholo Tolentino and Biakiin, the event features a packed program starting with a Persona 4 Arena Ultimax tournament, holding qualifiers at 4:30 PM followed by finals at 7:50 PM. Stage activities include interactive games such as “King’s Game” and “A Rumor Has It,” alongside the “Miss and ‘Miss’ 30th” cosplay pageant.
At 9:30 PM, TAP will host “Tanaka’s Spectacular Auction,” featuring exclusive merchandise from the TAP Shop and event partners. The late-night afterparty will feature a live performance by Orareba at 11:50 PM, followed by DJ sets from Heuna Momo (12:16 AM), Siglus (12:36 AM), and Sugita San (12:56 AM).
The countdown event receives official support from Sega/Atlus Southeast Asia, which is sponsoring Persona 5 OST CD sets for attendee giveaways. To join the raffle, participants must sign up on the event’s online guestlist and be present at the venue during the draw.
