Comedian Vice Ganda is returning to late-night television as his hit talk show “Gandang Gabi Vice” (GGV) makes its official comeback on Sunday, September 13, airing on GMA-7 and streaming via iWant.
Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards is set to serve as the inaugural guest for the rebooted show’s premiere episode, marking his first-ever appearance on the program.
The revived series will feature a new set of co-hosts—Vince Maristela, Divine Tetay, and Verna—collectively known as the “Geng Gang.”
Vice highlighted that the show’s new setup allows him to interview artists from both the Kapuso and Kapamilya networks.
”Ang pinaka nakaka-excite ay ‘yong Kapuso stars na gusto kong interviewhin at makasama sa show ko ay posibleng-posible na. Marami rin akong nakausap na GMA stars na gusto rin nilang magkaroon ng ‘GGV’ experience. Mangyayari na talaga,” Vice shared.
Alongside the main television broadcast, an extended streaming counterpart titled “Gandang Gabi Vice: Unfiltered” will drop on iWant immediately following each television episode.
The digital version will offer over an hour of extra uncut content, including comedic segments and unedited interviews omitted from the free TV airing.
”Siyempre, hindi lahat pwede namin ipakita sa free TV. ‘Yung mga hindi namin pwede ipakita sa free TV, mapapanood nila sa iWant dahil iyon talaga ang unfiltered at uncut version. Kung ano ang tinape namin at mga pinag-usapan, lahat nasa iWant kaya super exciting,” Vice previously explained.
”Gandang Gabi Vice” will air at 10 p.m. on GMA-7 starting September 13, with the “Unfiltered” cut streaming on iWant right after. Subscribers can access the digital edition with monthly plans starting at ₱35 in the Philippines, $12.99 in the United States, and $4.99 in other regions.
