MANILA, Philippines — Generations of childhood frights inspired by the legendary Shake, Rattle & Roll film franchise are stepping out of the cinema screen and onto digital devices following a landmark collaboration between Regal Entertainment and BingoPlus.
The partnership merges Regal’s cinematic legacy with BingoPlus’ digital entertainment platform to launch five horror-themed games: Manananggal, Reyna Ahas, Triple Terror, LRT Monster, and Aswang. Since its debut in 1984, the iconic anthology series has cemented itself in Philippine pop culture by weaving local folklore and mythology into unforgettable storytelling.
Roselle Monteverde, President of Regal Entertainment, highlighted the significance of the digital expansion:
