BULACAN POLICE CHIEF INSPECTS EXPRESSWAY ASSISTANCE DESKS FOR UNDAS

Bulacan Acting Police Director Col. Jay Baybayan conducted inspections of Police Assistance Desks (PADs) along the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) on Friday, October 30, to evaluate the preparedness of law enforcement personnel for the observance of All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day.

Col. Baybayan began his rounds at the Petron PAD in Bocaue at 10:31 a.m., followed by subsequent visits to the Shell of Asia station in Guiguinto and the Shell station in Balagtas at 1:06 p.m. The inspections were designed to verify the capability of deployed officers to deliver prompt assistance to motorists and travelers navigating the highway.

According to Col. Baybayan, the initiative forms part of broader efforts to enhance security measures and optimize support operations throughout the long weekend.

The Bulacan Police Provincial Office operates under the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), which is headed by regional director Brig. Gen. Jess Mendez. Across Central Luzon, PRO3 has deployed a total of 13,497 police personnel, advocacy groups, and force multipliers to preserve peace and order during the Undas holiday.

Baybayan emphasized that the Bulacan PPO remains fully dedicated to guaranteeing a safe, orderly, and peaceful holiday observance for all local residents and traveling motorists.
