Property developer Filinvest City has launched “The Quarter,” a four-hectare mixed-use district aimed at fueling the next wave of commercial growth in the southern business corridor of Metro Manila.
Located in Alabang, the new development sits next to the upcoming PLDT Campus—projected to house around 5,000 corporate employees—and the Asian Hospital and Medical Center.
According to Filinvest, the district is built to expand the area’s healthcare and technology clusters, opening doors for specialized clinics, professional services, retail outlets, and hospitality businesses.
The Quarter integrates into an established township that currently supports roughly 47,000 workers, over 19,000 residents, and 231,000 daily visitors. The site offers direct access to the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) alongside a planned iconic pedestrian bridge connecting it directly to the PLDT campus.
“Filinvest City’s growth has always been driven by the ability to identify and cultivate new centers of opportunity,” said Don Ubaldo, First Vice President and Head of Filinvest Townships. “Just as the PEZA-registered hub Northgate Cyberzone helped establish the township in the 90’s as a leading destination for the IT-BPM industry, The Quarter is envisioned to be the epicenter of its next phase of evolution.”
This latest expansion follows global acclaim for the township, which recently won the Gold Award in the Master Plan category at the 2026 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards.
