MANILA, Philippines — Content creator Zeinab Harake and professional basketball player Bobby Ray Parks Jr. have officially completed the legal adoption of her two children, Lucas and Bia, uniting the family under the Parks surname.
The couple documented their visit to the National Authority for Child Care (NACC) in a recent vlog to finalize the legal proceedings.
“After a long time of process, pupunta tayong (National Authority for Child Care) kasama ang mga bata dahil legally Parks na kaming tatlo. Period to that!”
Sharing the same last name with her children had long been a major aspiration for Harake, a dream that deepened following her marriage to Parks in June 2025. Harake commended her husband for embracing fatherhood and supporting the children well before their wedding.
“Thank you to Daddy Ray kasi noong tinanong niya ako para pakasalan ako, hindi lang ako yung pinakasalan niya pati yung mga bata. Thank you for being a great father and talagang may paninindigan.“
Harake initially attempted to adopt Lucas independently when she was 22, but was constrained by the legal age requirement of 25 at the time. Years later, she and Parks resumed the legal process together for both Lucas and Bia.
Following the completion of the adoption, the children’s legal names officially became Lucas Harake Parks and Zebbiana Harake Parks.
“Nakakaiyak naman ito. Dati pangarap ko lang ito. Lucas Harake Parks. Zebbiana Harake Parks. Thank you, Lord.“
