After more than a decade, Enrique Gil and Julia Barretto are set to reunite for an upcoming project under a joint venture between MQuest Ventures and Project 8 Projects.
Photos shared by MQuest Ventures on July 4 (Friday) showed Gil and Barretto in a meeting with executives from the production firm, sparking excitement among fans of the former Mirabella tandem.
The last time the two shared the screen was in 2014, in the fantasy drama Mirabella, which aired on ABS-CBN.
This project comes after Gil signed a multi-film deal earlier this year with MQuest Ventures through his own production outfit, Slingshot Studios, co-founded with business partner Ranvel Rufino.
While details remain under wraps, fans can look forward to what promises to be a major comeback pairing for the two stars.
