MARCOS BRINGS HOME $446M INVESTMENTS FROM INDIA TRIP

President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. announced Friday that he is bringing home $446 million in direct investments following his five-day state visit to India.

The President also projected that an additional $5.6 to $5.7 billion in potential investments could flow into the Philippines as a result of the trip.

During his visit, Marcos engaged in multiple business meetings, including discussions with the ISON Group that centered on key sectors such as healthcare, business process outsourcing (BPO), renewable energy, and insurance.

He also met with NephroPlus Group CEO Rohit Singh to explore deeper cooperation in advancing Universal Health Care in the country. The company reaffirmed its commitment to expanding access to high-quality, patient-focused renal care, noting that it already operates 39 dialysis centers across the Philippines.
