A supposed breach of the “first come, first served” policy has stirred controversy following a mall show hosted by VIVA Beauty, the cosmetics brand under VIVA Entertainment, held at SM San Pedro in Laguna.

The event featured brand ambassadors Ashtine Olviga and Rabin Angeles, along with guests Angela Muji, Janine Teñoso and P-pop group G.A.T.
However, what was expected to be a well-organized gathering turned into a source of frustration for some attendees after reports surfaced that the seating policy was not properly enforced.
According to several audience members interviewed, certain individuals allegedly occupied seats at the front rows even before the official VIVA Beauty staff had arrived at the venue. These early occupants were reportedly fans of Rabin Angeles.
Some members of official fan groups revealed that there had been prior discussions to coordinate a fair seating arrangement for AshDres fans as well as individual supporters of Ashtine and Rabin.
However, the proposed setup was reportedly rejected by VIVA Beauty, which they believe contributed to the disorderly seating situation.
Fans also criticized the newly released guidelines for VIVA Beauty’s upcoming mall show scheduled on June 29 at SM City Rosario in Cavite. The rules restrict the use of props, banners, and other fan materials—further raising concerns about how the events are being managed.
As of writing, VIVA Beauty has yet to issue an official statement regarding the matter.
