TV5 and Sulit TV hosted a successful watch and fan party on July 11 at the TV5 Media Center in Mandaluyong City, celebrating the ongoing success of Ang Mutya ng Section E (AMNSE) with the show’s dedicated fanbase, the “Keepers.”
The event was attended by cast members Alex Payan, Sara Joe, Jastine Lim, Heart Ryan, Nic Galvez, Daniel Ong, and Keagan de Jesus.
It served as a gesture of gratitude to the fans, particularly for their overwhelming support of the show.
In an exclusive interview with a high-ranking executive from MediaQuest Holdings and the TV5 marketing team, the network admitted they were surprised by the fandom’s dedication—especially the initiative to purchase 50 Sulit TV boxes to support AMNSE’s free TV run.
“We did not expected that kind of support. Kasi diba una na siyang napanood sa online (referring to VIVA One) so we assume na baka simpleng airing na lang sa TV5 ang mangyayari, but with the ratings and the daily trend sa X and that move to buy some units from us, they exceeded our expectations,” the executive shared.
TV5 and Sulit TV expressed their hopes that this fan gathering would not be the last, teasing more exciting projects for the coming months and years.
