The premiere night of “Minamahal: 100 Bulaklak Para Kay Luna” — the launching movie of rising new-generation loveteam Andres Muhlach and Ashtine Olviga, known as AshDres — drew an overwhelming crowd on Monday, September 22, at SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City.
Fans, fondly called Keepers, filled the venue alongside close friends, family members, and colleagues from the industry to witness the much-awaited debut film. The screening sparked cheers, tears, and loud applause, with the audience deeply moved by the story and captivated by the pair’s chemistry.
In an interview with News5 entertainment journalist MJ Marfori, Andres admitted he felt emotional seeing the immense support for him and Ashtine, who first rose to prominence in the groundbreaking 2025 digital series “Ang Mutya ng Section E.”
Ashtine recalled a candid moment during the night: “Habang naglalakad kami sabi niya, ahm nag-sink in na sa’yo? Hindi pa, sa kanya din, hindi pa,” she shared, referring to Andres’ disbelief at the surreal experience.
For the two, their first-ever movie is more than just a milestone — it’s a heartfelt gift to their loyal fans who waited months for their next project after AMNSE.
“It’s just the beginning and there’s a lot more to come,” Andres assured their supporters.
“Minamahal: 100 Bulaklak Para Kay Luna” officially hits more than 200 cinemas nationwide starting Wednesday, September 24.
