TBA Studios has officially released the poster for its highly anticipated historical biopic Quezon, starring acclaimed Kapamilya actor Jericho Rosales in the titular role of President Manuel Luis Quezon.
Rosales will portray the life of the late Philippine President, who served as the second President of the Philippines and the first President of the Commonwealth from 1935 to 1944.
The film promises to delve deep into Quezon’s legacy—not only as a statesman but also as a soldier during the Spanish occupation, and a humanitarian who opened Philippine doors to Jewish refugees fleeing the Holocaust between 1937 and 1941.
Quezon is the third installment in director Jerrold Tarog’s renowned “BAYANIverse” trilogy, following the critical and commercial successes Heneral Luna (2015) and Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral (2018).
The film is set to premiere in cinemas nationwide on October 15, 2025.
