The cameras have officially started rolling for “Manila’s Finest”, the upcoming action-themed movie from MQuest Ventures, the production arm of MediaQuest Holdings, parent company of TV5.
On social media, the production house shared a first look at the opening day of filming.
“Narito ang (pa)silip sa mga kaganapan sa unang araw ng produksyon ng MANILA’S FINEST – Opisyal na kalahok sa ika-51 Metro Manila Film Festival,” the company captioned.
It added: “Isang pelikulang handog ng MQuest Ventures para sa bawat Pilipino.”
The star-studded cast is led by Piolo Pascual, alongside Rica Peralejo, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, and Ashtine Olviga.
As an official entry to the 2025 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF), the film continues MQuest’s tradition of delivering high-caliber entries to the festival, following critically acclaimed works such as Rosario, Big Night, GomBurZa, and The Kingdom.
“Manila’s Finest” is set to premiere nationwide in cinemas on Christmas Day, December 25.
