Star Cinema has released the official full trailer for its upcoming family-comedy drama, “Call Me Mother.”
The trailer premiered on ABS-CBN’s flagship primetime newscast, TV Patrol, on Tuesday, December 2, featuring Kapamilya award-winning TV host-actor Vice Ganda, award-winning actress Nadine Lustre, and “Pinoy Big Brother Collab” housemates Shuvee Etrata, Klarisse de Guzman, Mika Salamanca, and Brent Manalo.

Vice Ganda shared that the trailer already captures the emotional range audiences will experience in the movie.
“Masayang-masaya ako kasi napanood na siya ngayon ng napakaraming tao kasi nung pinanood ko ‘yan ng kami-kami lang, maano sa dibdib, masaya, malungkot, nakakahalakhak, nakakaiyak, eh ‘yun naman ang gusto naming maramdaman kaya sa trailer pa lang, parang na-encapsulate na yung mga mararamadaman nila pag pinanood nila,” he said.

Nadine Lustre expressed excitement for audiences to watch the film.
“Sobrang excited akong mapanood ‘to ng mga tao kasi lahat ng feelings, lahat ng emotions, mararamdaman nila dito,” she said.
This marks the third film collaboration between Vice and Nadine, following Petrang Kabayo (2010) and the 2015 MMFF top-grosser Beauty and the Bestie.
Produced by Star Cinema, VIVA Films, and The IdeaFirst Company under award-winning director Jun Robles Lana, “Call Me Mother” explores the true meaning of motherhood, questioning whether it is defined by gender, carrying a child in the womb, or the love and care provided.

The film will hit theaters on December 25, Christmas Day, as part of the 2025 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF).
