DUTY FREE PH LAUNCHES ‘TRAVEL FEST’ SUMMER SALE WITH WEEKEND DISCOUNTS

The Duty Free Philippines Corporation (DFPC) is rolling out a month-long sale this April, offering discounts of up to 20 percent every weekend across its airport and mall outlets in a bid to boost travel retail activity during the summer season.

Dubbed Travel Fest: A Summer Special 2026, the campaign covers Duty Free stores at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminals 1, 2, and 3, as well as outlets in Clark, Fiesta Mall, and Luxe Duty Free. Shoppers at the Mactan–Cebu International Airport terminals can also enjoy “gift-with-purchase” promotions every weekend throughout April.

“With Travel Fest, DFPC underscores a more deliberate and experience-driven approach to travel retail—one that responds to changing travel conditions while enhancing the overall airport experience for both Filipino and international travelers,” the agency said in a news release.

Adding a cultural element to the campaign, Luxe Duty Free will feature limited-edition scarves in collaboration with artist Kulas, available from Fridays to Sundays between April 10 and 26.

The exclusive items are part of DFPC’s Gift of Art initiative, which highlights locally inspired designs within the travel retail space.

Raffle and Special Offers
From April 15 to 30, shoppers who spend at least $150 in a single-day transaction will receive one entry to the Travel Fest Summer Raffle.

Prizes include overnight stays at partner hotels such as:

  • Clark Hilton Sun Valley Resort
  • Vivere Hotel and Resorts
  • Azure Urban Resort Residences
  • Amari The Inn at El Nido
  • Parque España Residence Hotel

Customers who spend $250 or more on select fashion brands such as Coach and Bric’s will receive double raffle entries. The raffle draw is scheduled for May 1 at Luxe Duty Free.

The DFPC, an attached agency of the Department of Tourism, said the campaign is part of efforts not only to support travelers but also to generate revenues that contribute to tourism development in the Philippines.
