GCash has extended its “zero transfer fee” promo for international remittances until April 30, covering transactions from the Philippines to several Middle Eastern countries.
The promo applies to transfers to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman, with no minimum amount required. The initiative aims to make it easier for Filipinos to support family members abroad.
GCash outlined four simple steps for using its international transfer feature:
- Tap Transfer, then select International
- Choose the destination country, payout channel, and receiving bank or e-wallet
- Enter the amount and recipient details, then confirm the transfer
- Track the progress of your transfer
The extension comes at a time when many overseas Filipinos are seeking cost-efficient ways to send money home, especially amid rising global prices and economic uncertainty.
