Batangas 1st District Representative Leandro Leviste disclosed that he has instructed his mother, Senator Loren Legarda, to release all documents in his possession should anything untoward happen to him.
Leviste shared the statement in a Christmas message on Facebook, explaining that he temporarily paused the release of documents to spend Noche Buena with his family.
He added that work-related discussions continued even during the holidays, noting that he reiterated his directive to ensure transparency.
Earlier, Leviste released documents on social media which he claimed were provided by the late Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Undersecretary Catalina Cabral.
The files reportedly contained information on proposed 2025 infrastructure projects and their listed proponents.
