President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on Tuesday, October 21, led the launch of the “One RFID, All Tollways” initiative—an integrated toll collection system designed to simplify travel across Luzon’s major expressways.
In his speech, the President acknowledged the long-standing inconvenience faced by motorists who needed to maintain two separate RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) accounts for different tollways.

Effective immediately, motorists can now use a single RFID sticker for all expressways across Luzon.
He also emphasized that the registration for the unified RFID is free and optional.
Optional po ito,” he said.
“Ginawa nating madali, abot-kamay, hassle-free ang buong proseso. Puwede nang magparehistro online o walk-in,” he added.
Marcos also commended the Department of Transportation (DOTr), Toll Regulatory Board (TRB), and private toll operators for their cooperation in making the initiative possible.
“This project has been made possible because of the continued trust, commitment, and flexibility of partner concessionaires, the operators, and [the] ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) RFID providers. Years of consultation and collaboration with DOTr and the Toll Regulatory Board have finally led us to a unified system that responds to the real needs of our motorists, true to the spirit of public service,” the President said.
He concluded his address with a reminder for motorists to ensure their RFIDs are properly loaded before traveling.
