MARCOS’ TRUST RATING RISES TO 64% IN LATEST OCTA SURVEY

The trust rating of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has risen to 64%, according to the latest survey conducted by OCTA Research from July 12 to 17 among 1,200 respondents.

TRUST RATINGS
Based on the survey, 64% of Filipinos expressed trust in President Marcos Jr. Meanwhile, 54% said they trust Vice President Sara Duterte, 51% expressed trust in Senate President Chiz Escudero, and 57% in House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

PERFORMANCE RATINGS
In terms of performance, 62% of respondents were satisfied with President Marcos Jr.’s leadership. Vice President Duterte received a 50% approval rating, Senate President Escudero garnered 49%, and House Speaker Romualdez matched Marcos Jr.’s 62%.

The survey was conducted just weeks before President Marcos Jr. delivered his fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA).
