MORE INDIVIDUALS SEEK TO TESTIFY IN FLOOD CONTROL SCAM — NPS

Several more individuals have expressed intent to testify in connection with the ongoing investigation into the alleged flood control scam, according to National Prosecution Service (NPS) Prosecutor General Atty. Richard Fadullon.

Fadullon revealed that there are additional applicants seeking to become state witnesses in the case.

He explained that the NPS is currently evaluating these applications and determining which among them may qualify as state witnesses.

According to Fadullon, the new applicants also include officials from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

However, he did not disclose the exact number of additional applicants seeking to be placed under the witness protection program.
