The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has appealed to motorists who passed through Kennon Road in Tuba, Benguet on December 18, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., to share any available dashcam footage to help in the investigation into the death of former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Undersecretary Catalina Cabral.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the NBI said it is particularly seeking video recordings from the area of Sitio Maramal, Camp 5, Barangay 4 in Tuba, which investigators consider crucial in establishing the circumstances surrounding Cabral’s death.
The agency assured the public that all information and footage submitted will be treated as confidential and used strictly for legal and investigative purposes.
