Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan has publicly released a copy of his Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN), following Ombudsman Jesus Crispin “Boying” Remulla’s directive allowing greater public access to government officials’ financial disclosures.
Based on his June 2025 SALN, Pangilinan declared a total net worth of ₱26.7 million. His agricultural properties were valued at around ₱5.8 million, while his cash holdings amounted to roughly ₱7.9 million.

The senator unveiled his SALN during the Liberal Party’s “Kung Walang Korap, Walang Mahirap” fellowship event held in Quezon City — a nod to the party’s anti-corruption mantra during the administration of former President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.
“Gawin nating uso ang hustisya, gawin nating viral muli ang integridad, gawin nating uso ang katuwiran, gawin nating viral muli ang katapatan,” Pangilinan said. “Dahil sa panahong matapang ang mga magnanakaw, dapat mas matapang ang tapat at totoo.”
Like his ally Senate Deputy Majority Leader Risa Hontiveros, Pangilinan clarified that he has no relatives currently holding public office, though he acknowledged that Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III—the uncle of his wife, Sharon Cuneta—is part of his extended family.
Pangilinan also pledged that all Liberal Party officials and members will publicly release their SALNs as part of a collective stand for transparency, integrity, and ethical governance.
“This is how we rebuild trust in government—by leading through example and proving that public service is not for self-enrichment but for accountability,” he said.
