Senators Vicente “Tito” Sotto III, Risa Hontiveros, and Robin Padilla have officially released their Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALNs) for 2025.
Among the three, Senator Robin Padilla declared the highest net worth, amounting to ₱244,042,908.57, making him the wealthiest of the group.

Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III followed with a declared net worth of ₱188,868,123.40, while Senate Deputy Majority Leader Risa Hontiveros listed ₱18,986,258.21, ranking third.

The submitted SALNs detail each official’s total assets, liabilities, and net worth, as part of the government’s ongoing effort to promote transparency and accountability among public servants. The disclosure of SALNs aims to give the public a clear view of the financial standing of elected officials during their tenure—helping deter corruption and ensure ethical governance.
It was also noted that the SALNs were submitted on different dates, but remain accessible to the public in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
Recently, Senator Erwin Tulfo expressed confidence that the majority bloc of the Senate is ready and willing to make their SALNs public.
“Nakakita ko naman sa majority ay nagkakasundo naman kami lahat na wala namang itatago. So okay lang din sa amin sa majority na ilabas yung aming SALN,” Tulfo said in a radio interview.
Meanwhile, Senate Secretary Renato Bantug clarified last Monday, October 20, that only the summaries of the senators’ SALNs may be made public.
“As reiterated by Senate President Vicente C. Sotto III, all requests for access to the Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) of incumbent senators shall be governed by Police Order No. 2019-001 (OSP) on the release or posting of the SALN Summaries of senators,” Bantug stated.
