VP SARA SATISFACTION RATING RISES TO +28 IN LATE-2025 SWS SURVEY

Vice President Sara Duterte posted a higher net public satisfaction rating in the fourth quarter of 2025, based on the November 24 to 30 Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey released late Tuesday, February 10.

The nationwide poll of 1,200 adult respondents, with a ±3% margin of error, found that 54% of Filipinos were satisfied with Duterte’s performance, up from 52% in September.

Meanwhile, dissatisfaction declined to 26% from 30%, while 18% were undecided or ambivalent.

These figures yielded a net satisfaction rating of +28, classified by SWS as “moderate,” and an improvement from the previous +22 rating.

Under SWS standards, net satisfaction scores are categorized from “excellent” (+70 and above) to “execrable” (-70 and below), with Duterte’s rating falling within the +10 to +29 “moderate” range.

The same survey showed little change in the public standing of Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III, who registered a “moderate” net satisfaction rating of +16, nearly unchanged from +17 in the previous quarter.

House Speaker Faustino “Bojie” Dy III, meanwhile, saw a slight improvement to a “neutral” +5, up from +2, while Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo maintained a “neutral” net satisfaction rating of +9.
