Vice President Sara Duterte highlighted the major accomplishments of the Office of the Vice President (OVP) for 2025 in a year-end report released on Monday, December 1.
In a social media post, she presented the OVP’s initiatives in medical assistance, disaster relief, environmental efforts, education, livelihood support, and operational reforms.
VP Duterte emphasized the continuity of the OVP’s core aid programs.
“MEDICAL AND BURIAL ASSISTANCE.
She also outlined the OVP’s disaster operations and crisis support.
“DISASTER RELIEF AND RELIEF FOR INDIVIDUALS IN CRISES AND EMERGENCIES PROGRAM. As part of our rapid response to the 6.9 magnitude earthquake in Cebu and the Mt. Kanlaon eruption, OVP distributed 2,514 bags of 25-kilo rice,” she noted.
VP Sara also celebrated the success of their environmental campaign.
Nakapagtanim tayo ng higit isang milyong puno sa buong bansa—three years ahead of schedule.
In education, she highlighted the reach of the OVP’s learning support efforts.
She also cited achievements in livelihood programs, free transport services, and internal reforms. The OVP received a Special Citation from the Development Academy of the Philippines for its successful “paper-less” challenge.
VP Duterte closed her report with a message of resilience and unity.
Her year-end report comes after she recently affirmed her readiness to assume the presidency amid calls for President Bongbong Marcos’ resignation.
