ANNE CURTIS QUESTIONS WHY “BIG FISH” IN CORRUPTION CASES ARE STILL FREE

Actress and host Anne Curtis expressed her disbelief over the continued freedom of high-profile individuals allegedly involved in widespread corruption in the country.

“I was just thinking this! Hahahaha! Graaaaaaaabe talaaaagaaaa,” Curtis wrote on social media on Tuesday, December 2.

Her post came in response to Akbayan Partylist Representative Chel Diokno, who asked on X whether any “big fish” would face imprisonment ahead of the holiday season:

“Anuna? Mga big fish, wala pa rin? December na…May magpapasok na ba sa kulungan?” Diokno wrote.

The remarks follow recent statements by President Bongbong Marcos, who warned that individuals implicated in widespread corruption linked to anomalous flood control projects across the country would face jail time before Christmas.
