Actor and producer Coco Martin has firmly denied any involvement with online gambling platforms following the spread of unauthorized advertisements and social media posts using his name and image.
In a statement released by CCM Film Productions, the actor’s production outfit clarified that Martin has no connection to any gambling-related promotions.
“Nais naming linawin na si Coco Martin ay hindi konektado, nag-eendorso, o nagpo-promote ng anumang uri ng sugal o online gambling platform,” the company said.
The firm emphasized that any promotional materials linking the actor to such activities are both misleading and unauthorized. It warned that advertisements, posts, or other online content using Martin’s identity in relation to gambling should not be trusted.
CCM Film Productions also urged the public to remain cautious and discerning when encountering similar content on social media, reminding audiences to verify information before believing or sharing it.
