EMMA MARY TIGLAO OF PAMPANGA CROWNED MISS GRAND PHILIPPINES 2025

Pampanga’s pride Emma Mary Tiglao was crowned Miss Grand Philippines 2025 in the early hours of Monday, outshining 29 candidates nationwide to earn the right to represent the Philippines in the Miss Grand International pageant.

The competition started with 29 hopefuls, trimmed to a Top 15, who lit up the stage in golden gowns before delivering speeches aligned with the pageant’s core advocacy — fighting war and promoting peace.

Emma clinched the crown with her powerful Q&A performance. Asked: “If peace could be packaged as a product, how would you convince world leaders to buy it?” — she answered with conviction:

“I would convince world leaders to see it as a quality, not as quantity. What I mean is the quality of us having constant dialogue with each other. It’s not about the quantity or the time we need to prepare to talk to each other but it’s the constant dialogue. Because if we do that, we would eradicate disparities in opportunities we can get. And also, we cannot grow the division within people in terms of politics, of power, and in terms of property. So, I hope they would look in quality instead of quantity.”

Her eloquence sealed her victory, proving not only her beauty and grace but also her commitment to peace and unity.

The night also crowned other Filipina queens set to compete internationally:

  • 1st Runner-Up – Miss Grand Bicolandia, Margarette Briton
  • 2nd Runner-Up – Miss Grand Rizal Province, Beatriz Angela Ocampo
  • Face of Beauty International 2025 – Nikki Buenafe of Quezon City
  • Miss Tourism World Philippines 2025 – Michelle Arceo of Taguig City
  • Reina Hispanoamericana 2026 – Francesca Beatriz McLelland of Aklan
  • Miss Asia Pacific International 2025 – Anita Rose of Zambales
