Award-winning journalist and news personality Gretchen Ho appears poised for a comeback to the Kapamilya Network, as reports indicate she will be among the new hosts of the revived youth-oriented program “YSpeak 2.0.”
The program was formally launched yesterday, coinciding with the 40th anniversary of the 1986 EDSA People Power Revolution, which ended the dictatorship of former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr.
Originally aired on Studio 23, the revival will be produced by Caritas Philippines in collaboration with ABS-CBN Studios.
Ho recently decided not to renew her contract with TV5/Cignal, officially ending her tenure with the Kapatid Network in late January.
At this time, neither ABS-CBN nor Ho’s camp has officially confirmed the reports.
