IS THE RIFT BETWEEN WILLIE REVILLAME AND MQUEST/CIGNAL NOW SETTLED?

Speculation is growing over whether the supposed misunderstanding between the camp of controversial TV host Willie Revillame and MediaQuest/Cignal has finally been resolved.

This follows a social media post from MediaQuest and Cignal President and CEO Jane Basas, shared during their recent visit to the studio of Revillame’s upcoming program, “Wilyonaryo.”

“Partnerships matters. They won’t always be perfect, but when both sides genuinely strive to grow and do better together, the relationship stands the test of time,” Basas wrote—fueling discussions that the two sides may have quietly addressed previous tensions.

As earlier reported, Revillame’s camp had previously informed TV5 management that the host would no longer return to the Kapatid Network. However, according to sources, it was Basas’ camp that made deliberate efforts to repair the misunderstanding between Willie and the TV5-affiliated entertainment group.

Sources now add that the airing of Wilyonaryo on TV5 appears “all but certain,” though the exact timeslot remains unconfirmed. Industry whispers suggest two possible placements: a slot before Eat… Bulaga!, or its former 5 PM schedule.

For now, no formal announcement has been made, keeping the public watching closely for what may be the official comeback of Willie Revillame on TV5.
